Three Decades of Growing Relationships
Where We Started
Back in 1995, my grandfather Rodion began consulting neighbors about their struggling houseplants. He'd walk through their homes, touching leaves, checking soil drainage, asking questions about watering habits. People thought he had some kind of magic touch—but really, he just paid attention.
What began as weekend visits turned into something more structured. By 2003, we'd opened our first proper consultation office in Gəncə. The work stayed the same, though. We still visit homes, still touch the leaves, still ask those same questions about watering.
How Things Evolved
Around 2018, we noticed something shifting. More apartment dwellers wanted guidance on indoor gardens. Office managers needed help with workplace greenery that wouldn't die within three months. The questions got more specific, and we adapted our approach accordingly.
We've worked with over 2,400 households since then. Some clients we've seen once. Others call us back every spring when they're ready to refresh their collections. That repeat relationship matters more to us than any single dramatic transformation.
Leofric Tamsin
Lead Consultant Since 2012I joined this work after studying horticulture in Tbilisi and realizing I preferred the problem-solving aspect over pure cultivation. What I appreciate most is watching someone grasp why their fiddle leaf fig keeps dropping leaves—it's usually three small adjustments rather than one big fix.
My approach involves spending actual time in your space. I'll look at your light exposure at different times of day, test your water quality, and yes, I'll probably rearrange a few pots. Most issues stem from placement rather than care routines.

What Keeps Clients Coming Back
We've never chased rapid growth or flashy marketing campaigns. Our client base expanded through referrals from people who appreciated straightforward advice. That's probably the best indicator of whether our approach actually works.
Practical Assessment
We measure light levels with actual meters, check soil composition, and document your current setup. No guesswork, no generic advice pulled from gardening books. Every recommendation connects directly to what we observe in your specific environment.
Realistic Expectations
Some plants won't survive in certain apartments—and we'll tell you that upfront. We'd rather steer you toward species that match your lifestyle and space than set you up for disappointment. Success rates matter more than impressive-sounding plans.
Ongoing Support
After initial consultations, clients can reach us with follow-up questions. Most issues get resolved with a quick phone conversation or photo review. We include this accessibility because plant care involves seasonal adjustments—spring strategies differ from winter approaches.
Interested in scheduling a consultation? We typically book appointments two to three weeks out, though we can sometimes accommodate urgent situations involving valuable collections.
